Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at estore-hjm@proton.me with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
• Downloadable or digital products
• Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for you. Please contact us at estore-hjm@proton.me within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
